Delivery

All deliveries / dispatches are undertaken by a courier of our choice. Smaller items are dispatched via Royal Mail 24/48. Smaller items for international customers will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked Airmail.

UK Customers

All smaller items are dispatched via Royal Mail, whilst larger items will be dispatched with a courier of our choice, usually DHL or UPS. We have a 20kg weight limit for any 1 single parcel. (This does not include manufacturer dispatched items).

Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland - Please contact us for any item that exceeds 2kg for a courier quote.

EU Customers

Maximum Gross Parcel weight of 2kg which allows for 1.6kg net weight for contents. EU dispatches are via Royal Mail Tracked Air Mail service. For EU (continent) Orders exceeding 2kg shipping weight, we will use a courier, usually DHL or UPS.

Rest of the world

Maximum Gross Parcel weight of 2kg which allows for 1.6kg net weight for contents. Rest of world dispatches are via Royal Mail Tracked Air Mail service. For world wide orders exceeding 2kg, please contact us first for a shipping quote.
